Inclusion & Diversity
Thrive wherever you are, whoever you are...
When building a strong culture of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging, it is really important that we put the right foundations in place. We have introduced unconscious bias training for anyone who leads a team of people, and we've formed Global I&D committees representing various diversity dimensions, but our immediate priority is to build our network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
RX AFRICA has had an Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) committee for some years now, based on an understanding that while diversity often focuses on differences in race, ethnicity, disability, religion and gender, among other things, inclusion is what ensures our employers and employees feel a sense of belonging and support from the company.
A vital area of inclusion in South Africa is previously disadvantaged individuals and communities, where we see economic inclusivity and opportunity, the company is committed to mirroring the melting-pot diversity of the country.

Commitment to empowerment
We are committed to elevating the role of exhibitions in the marketing mix and the environment in which we operate. Our Black Economic Empowerment rating shows that we are a fully representative South African business, as does our involvement in communities through social investment projects. We also take care to ensure that every exhibition we manage is sensitive to the natural environment.
