Carol brings a diverse working background to the business and event industry at RX Africa. Over 30 years,
Carol’s career has expanded into many sectors across the industry, and her expertise spans marketing, exhibition management, events, conferences, and venue and facility management. She was the first-ever female chairperson of the Exhibition and Event Association of Southern Africa (EXSA) and the Founder and Chairperson of African Exhibition Organisers (AAXO).
Thanks to her continued passion, hard work, dedication and management, RX Africa is one of the largest and most successful exhibition companies in Southern Africa and is growing its
footprint into Africa.
Brenda is the Global Director of Business Development at RX Global and holds an MBA from London Business School. She has over 20 years of experience specialising in M&A, strategy and business development across exhibitions, and business-to-business and consumer media.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, tennis, and spending time with her family in London.
Rachel is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences driven by data-based decisions. Over thirteen years at RELX, she has led business units in news, content, and technology for the legal industry at Law360 and LexisNexis, with assignments spanning New Zealand, Australia, and New York.
Known for thriving in complex, rapidly shifting environments, she embraces agility, innovation, and strategic foresight. Passionate about fostering positive change, Rachel actively participates in Women in Leadership events and mentors diverse, underrepresented talent. Her greatest motivation is uniting teams to impact, innovate, and bring brilliant market solutions to life.
Revona is a dynamic leader at LexisNexis, where she drives Customer Excellence, Production & Distribution, Sales, Training, Facilities, Procurement, and Transformation, emphasising both people and processes. As a key member of the executive team, she also serves as a Director representing 12% of the LexisNexis Employee Share Participation Trust.
With a rich history at LexisNexis, Revona has previously led our Human Resources and Payroll and Reward functions, leveraging her extensive expertise and deep understanding of our organisational culture. Her strategic vision centres on customer centricity and talent development, ensuring we harness the global expertise of our international parent company to deliver tailored, localised solutions for our clients. Under her leadership, LexisNexis is poised for continued innovation and growth in an ever-evolving market, with a steadfast commitment to fostering an engaged and skilled workforce.
